Default Values

 

It is possible to specify the default values for every required field on a division-by-division basis.

Current Default Values

After Division selection, the system displays a list of all current Default Values at the bottom of the page for reference.

To edit an existing value, click in the desired row to display the details and make your changes. Click to undo any changes.

To delete a default value, click in the desired row. The system will request confirmation.

Specify Default Values

Select the desired Screen Name from the drop-down.  (Employee Profile, Employee@Company and Employee@ Division are always displayed.)

 

Once you select the Screen name, the system displays all related fields in the Field Name drop-down.

 

 

 

 

For each field you wish to specify a default value, select the Field Name, then enter the desired value in the Default Value field.
